We know many of parents and students are making plans to keep learning going should our school and summer camps need to close even for the summer due to growing concerns over the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We at ideanco, the idea innovator company, recognize the challenges you’re facing, hence the official launch of one of the most innovative summer camps in the world, the Ideanco STEAM – Virtual Summer Camp.

Program
This virtual STEAM summer camp takes place over six days, with live, synchronous daily classes (Hybrid) and recorded courses (on-demand) starting on a Monday and ending at the end of the day on a Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each calendar day consists of a welcoming session and small group discussions for learning, networking, and working on the daily challenge on a particular subject such as fundraising, climate change, aerospace, biomedical, and many more. The last day of the course consists of a live/recorded tour of a related industry. This one week course is the perfect fit for dreamers in high school (grade 9 – 12), and made available to explore solutions for the challenges in fundraising, climate change, wellness, and human aging along with a two days capstone challenge and virtual tour of one of the most prominent flight simulators in North America.
The Ideanco’s live sessions powered by Zoom video conferencing. You will also have a chat system for interaction with faculty and students only inside the class sessions. Ideanco will be providing a calendar schedule for each instructor to schedule calls outside the class based on the instructor’s availability.
Hybrid classes (Live synchronous), on-demand (pre-recorded asynchronous) and discussion cohorts, 4 – 6 hours per day – 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST including two 30 minute breaks. For more detailed information, visit our materials section and download the brochure.

What will you learn
Ideanco Academy is a challenge-based learning method dedicated to early ideation concepts focusing on subjects such as climate change, aerospace, food security, and biomedical. Through a rich learning experience that includes our instructors live presentations, case studies, pre-recorded videos, and cohort live chat discussions, you and your fellow students will explore and exploit the essential challenge-based methodology. By utilizing the challenge-based learning method, you will be creating a global impact through a robust solution by addressing the daily given challenges. You will emerge better equipped to address the immediate issues presented by the COVID-19 crisis in all everyday problems, and it will provide you with skills that you will be able to use back at high school or college/university level.
