Our policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be given for members dismissed for failure of the member to abide by the Virtual Code of Conduct as indicated at the bottom of this page.
Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information, please see below.

How to Request a Refund
You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team (email@example.com). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. When you submit a refund request, please be sure to include the course URL.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Course(s) or product(s) with materials being download or viewed that may indicate signs of use
* Any course or product that is returned more than 10 days after purchase
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange the course or product you purchased for another course or product, send us an email at email@example.com. Please note: Courses cannot be exchanged 30 calendar days period before the starting date of the course (Course Commencement Date).
Code of Conduct

Ideanco Academy code of conduct. The parent/legal guardian and/or student have read through, understand, and agree that parent/guardian and/or student will be held to the Code of Conduct set forth below. I also agree that parent/guardian and/or student have reviewed the Code of Conduct. The Parent/legal guardian and/or student understand and must act in a way that is in keeping with the Code of Conduct and that student can be dismissed from a program if either of his/her actions or attitudes seem to be harmful to the virtual atmosphere, to others students, other participants, or staff, instructors, or in the opinion of ideanco staff.
Parent/legal guardian and/or student understand that ideanco reserves the right to dismiss student(s) from the program without any prior warning for violating any of the terms of the code of conduct. Refunds will not be given for students dismissed for failure of the student or the parent/legal guardian to abide by the code of conduct.
Parent/legal guardian and/or student also acknowledge that upon ideanco staff and instructor observation of the student at the ideanco program, the ideanco Director may determine that the program is not a suitable and/or productive environment for the student. In this case, ideanco may dismiss the student and no refund will be issued. This includes incidents where a student does not have sufficient English language skills to participate in the course, as all ideanco courses are taught in English and therefore participation in courses requires a high level of English understanding.
While ideanco strives to maintain excellent relationships with students, in some rare cases, ideanco may not be a compatible virtual environment for every student.
The parent/legal guardian and/or student also understand and agree that the student is dismissed from any of the courses (paid or free), the parent/legal guardian and/or student is fully responsible for any and all costs incurred by the parent/guardian and/or student or ideanco in removing the student from the course (i.e. extra supervision, etc.) and that if ideanco incurs any charges they may place those charges on the parent/legal guardian and/or student Account.
